Reconstruction from photo references and sketches, two variations of the trailer were made. One, using the large trim borders from a real-world build and the 2nd, using small border trim from photo references of Xxiss Adventures' other camper trailer builds.
The color variations are fairly basic for presentation. The "patriotic" Red, White & Blue was inspired by the owner's social media posting which shows his own passions and love for his country.
Built in SketchUp and rendered with Thea Render, this also gave me the opportunity to build my first wheel and tire from scratch, something I'd not done before.
Posing the CUB trailers in an exhibition hall presentation helps to reveal the company logo and one of their products in a way that allowed more than enough subject and lighting for window and glass reflections... something a bit more lively than just a studio center piece presentation.
This was a pleasure to work on, especially the design of the color variations and the exhibition presentation.
