Swiss Promotion for 3 Villas in Veyrier, Geneva, Architect - Braa Geneva

Client: Charpente Concept
Mandate: Creation of the 3D & communication for real-estate of a modern triplex in Veyrier, Switzerland This beautiful modern triplex project was conceived by architect Braa sa, Charpente Concept and Realiz SA in Geneva. The idea of this construction is to be able to provide sustainable green energy for those three families. Our mandate was to deliver a series of 3D images for the promotion of 3 villas in Veyrier as well as the design of the on-line brochure for sales and marketing. On one side, these homes directly face a densely populated forest while the other side has a view of the "Le Salève" mountain range. It was important to highlight the value of the natural green environment of this property in the 3D renders.
